If you want a specific stylist then keep in mind that some stylists are busier than others. We recommend browsing our online booking to get an idea of how busy the specific stylist is that you’re interested in is- but we do have same day appointments available typically
We offer complimentary consultations that last about 15 minutes but every appointment includes a quick consultation beforehand!
Please give us a call as soon as you know you will be running late! We do have a 15 minute grace period.
We send out appointment reminders 48 hours beforehand and again 24 hours before. We have a firm 50% fee for any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance and 100% fee for a no call/no show

Depending on your service you choose, we recommend a toner or gloss about 6-8 weeks after your original appointment date

To avoid disrupting our relaxing environment, we prefer no extra guests or children unless they are receiving a service as well.
